Brooke Caraher is excited to open Monarch Pilates & Wellness July 2023. She chose the name Monarch because the Monarch Butterfly means transformation. She has seen Pilates personally and professionally transform bodies and minds in beautiful ways and can not wait to share her love for Pilates with the Greensboro Community!

The new Studio has a main classroom with 4 reformer/towers and a separate private space. It will offer smaller classes, which affords a high level of instruction and more attention for each client. The classes will range from very advanced to special populations. The new studio is in the Greensboro Sports Performance building off Lawndale
